My approach to construction is to first find out what the client wants to achieve and what's important to them. Second is planning out all aspects, scope, finishes, details, etc. 

A well planned out project is more easily managed and executed. 

My goal is for the client to have a great experience, which means a well managed and  well built project. 

All of the subcontractors that I work with are those who I have worked with for several years and who have gained my trust for quality work and respect for your job site. 

I don't wear my tool bags much anymore, but the picture on the right shows the bags I wore for many years- and that on the job experience gives me valuable insight into how to best build out a project with quality craftsmanship.
